We have been loyal customers of Managed IT Systems, Inc. for the past several years. We used a different IT support company for a short period of time and it was a nightmare! While speaking to a friend who works in the Athens area, I told her of our horrible experience trying to find good IT support. She suggested Managed IT Systems, Inc. because they had been providing her support for several years.
As the Practice Manager of a Primary Care Office in Monroe, I have always been concerned about the security of our data. Before the data breach at a local medical practice, I think most managers had the idea that ‘those kind of things only happen in large cities, not around here. I’m busy and I’ll think about that next week’. But I just have to follow the guidelines and suggestions of Managed IT Systems and I don’t have to worry about security. There are lots of crooks out in the world and I think it is the responsibility of the managers to be certain that they have done everything in their power to protect their data.
I would strongly urge everyone to get ALL of the options that Managed IT Systems has available. There is absolutely no way that a Practice Manager can efficiently run an office and keep current on all of the latest computer hacking. MITS has done a HIPAA Security Analysis for us within the past year. I don’t have to waste my time trying to become a computer security expert when Managed IT Systems is on our side.
I like having Managed IT Systems because they make me look good! My bosses think I’m smart because the office runs smoothly. MITS is not the cheapest IT support, but they are the best value. Cut corners somewhere else in the budget. Managed IT Systems is worth every penny! I’m not being paid to write this testimony – I’m doing it because I hope that I can help even one person like my friend helped me when she suggested Managed IT Systems.
I was grateful for the support we received from MITS while going thru the last software conversion. Scott and his team helped us through the entire process. They cared about our data as if it was their very own. They worked closely with our practice management vendor too. They made a difficult process as easy as it could be. Plus, they made me feel as if I wasn’t alone to solve every problem. I trust their knowledge and appreciate how they will keep explaining something until I understand it.
I gladly say that any manager reading this testimony, would be wise to include Managed IT Systems in the list of possibilities for IT vendors. Actually, it should be a short list with “Managed IT Systems, Inc.” at the top!
